Eligibility

Products purchased online or in-store can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery or purchase.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached.

Products must be returned in their original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Proof is required if the item is defective, incorrect, or the wrong size.
Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must be submitted via email at sales@ladiessuitspk.com or via WhatsApp at +92 308 5037231 within 7 days of order delivery.

Include your order number and order confirmation email when requesting an exchange.

Exchanges are subject to verification of product condition and eligibility.

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our provided address.

Once received and verified, the replacement item will be shipped.

The exchange process may take approximately 7–10 working days.

If the requested item is out of stock, a store credit voucher of equivalent value will be issued, redeemable online.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
