At Ladies Suits PK, we value our customers and strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. To maintain quality and fairness, all exchanges and returns are subject to the following terms:

 

Eligibility

  • Products purchased online or in-store can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery or purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Proof is required if the item is defective, incorrect, or the wrong size.

Exchange Policy

Online Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be submitted via email at sales@ladiessuitspk.com or via WhatsApp at +92 308 5037231 within 7 days of order delivery.

  • Include your order number and order confirmation email when requesting an exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to verification of product condition and eligibility.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our provided address.

  • Once received and verified, the replacement item will be shipped.

  • The exchange process may take approximately 7–10 working days.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, a store credit voucher of equivalent value will be issued, redeemable online.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method once the returned item is verified.

  • Ladies Suits PK is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
